Will Finale Products work for me?

Hair loss may be due to uncontrollable factors, like genetics, medication, hormone imbalance, menopause, or stress. With using hair growth products, Individual results may vary. For severe hair loss cases, please see your physician. If you have a mild to moderate case— products, nutrition, and daily routines may help.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

The most common results are 2-4 weeks if used as directed. However, individual results may vary.

What happens if I accidentally put the wrong shipping address?

If this happens you would need to email us within 15 minutes of purchase at info@finaleproducts.com. We cannot guarantee the updates will go through in time. Please review your order before confirming your purchase.

My order has arrived damaged or missing part of my order

Send us an email at info@finaleproducts.com so our support service team can assist you as quickly as possible. Please include your order number, full name, shipping information, image of the products you have received and the issue with your order.

How soon should I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing, (excluding holidays).  Once your order is processed, we will begin preparing your order. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the 1-2 business days processing time, via USPS. Free Delivery Confirmation is included with each shipped package. Shipping times are an estimate and may be subject to USPS delays. Finale Products is not responsible for delayed shipping on the part of USPS and is unable to provide full or partial refunds for shipping that is due to error or delay on the couier’s part.

What happens if I forget to apply my bundle code?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to manually add the bundle deal.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

We cannot manually cancel orders after 15 minutes of an order being placed. If you request a cancellation we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. Please review your order before confirming your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
